Warranty term
1. Xdent Equipamentos Odontológico Ltda is responsible for guaranteeing its products against any manufacturing defects for a period of 12 (twelve) months for equipment, from the date of manufacture.
2. The purchaser of the equipment will be responsible for the travel and accommodation costs of the technical staff sent to answer the call for technical assistance, whether from Xdent Equipamentos Odontológico Ltda or accredited by it, as well as the return and return charges arising from transportation part, components or the equipment itself.
3. The warranty offered by Xdent Equipamentos Odontológico Ltda is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective parts, equipment or components.

In cities where there is no accredited assistance, it is essential that the BUYER make contact with the Factory
Contact us for greater security:
a) The installation of the equipment must be carried out by a technician accredited by Xdent, with the purchaser sending the copy (or image) called "via factory" of the warranty certificate, filled in with the final buyer's data for the Xdent, under penalty of loss of extended warranty as a courtesy by the factory, remaining only the same, the responsibility for the legal warranty of 90 (ninety days) on proven manufacturing defects.
b) Read and understand all instructions contained in this Instruction for Use before installing or operating any equipment.
c) Make sure that all instructions given in the content of the manual are followed. The manual must be read by all equipment operators.
d) The equipment is for exclusive use in dentistry.
e) The equipment must only be operated by a regulated and qualified professional, according to the local legislation of the country, observing the instructions contained in the manual.
f) It is the user's obligation to use the equipment in perfect and original conditions and to protect themselves, patients and third parties against possible dangers.
g) Make sure that the equipment packaging has not been violated, by refusing and/or immediately notifying it upon receipt if it is violated, under penalty of losing the right to claim after receipt.
